Returns And Exchange Policy

Terms & Conditions:

1. Please do not accept the parcel if it is unsealed or damaged.

2. Customers are not allowed to open the parcel before making payment unless it is prepaid.

3. In case of any defects or complaints regarding the parcel, please contact customer service within 24 hours.

4. Please note that after 24 hours of delivery, no complaints will be entertained.

Refund/Exchange Policy:

At The Readers den, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. While we do not have a general return or exchange policy, we understand that there may be certain unavoidable circumstances. We will consider a refund or exchange only if:

- The customer finds any defect or if the wrong product has been delivered.

- The customer must contact our customer services and send images of the product(s) to the given address within 24 hours from the time of delivery.

If the submitted case is found to be genuine, we will initiate the refund or exchange process, which may take a reasonable time depending on the nature of the case. Please be aware that we do not offer cash refunds. Refunds will be processed via IBFT or cheque.

Refund/Exchange will be subject to:

1. The item being repacked properly with the original invoice/receipt.

2. The product must be unused with the price tag attached.

Once our team has reviewed and is satisfied, the exchange or refund will be initiated.

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed by emailing us on thereadersden12@gmail.com during Mon-Fri (9 am-5 pm) and on Sat (9 am-2 pm).

Once the order is shipped, you will receive the shipping confirmation via email containing the tracking information.

Please note that The Readers den Online Store reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to: items being out of stock, pricing errors, or credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
